Bookings for the Kollective Leadership Retreat close on Friday 13th June 2025, unless this event is booked out earlier than this date.

Cancellation notice for the Kollective Leadership Retreat is required by Friday 20th June 2025 or full charge will be applied. Kao will consider partial refunds for cancellations due to COVID regulations or other justifiable circumstances.

The Leadership Retreat is open to Salon Owners & Managers only.

Registrations must be made through the registration portal.

I hereby release, indemnify, waive, discharge, absolve and hold harmless the Kao Australia Pty Ltd and Kao New Zealand Ltd from any and all liability, for loss, harm, damage, injury, cost or expense whatsoever including without limitation, property damage, personal injury and/or death which may occur in connection with, preparation for, travel to, or participation in any Kao Salon ANZ Kollective event or trip.
