Spanning 3 nights and 2 days, the Kollective Leadership Retreat promises new and exciting ways to connect, reflect and elevate yourself and your salon business in some of Byron Bay’s most magical locations.
Nestled in 45-acres of stunning subtropical rainforest in Byron Bay NSW, Crystalbrook Byron is our anchor point for luxurious accommodation across 3 nights plus morning wellness activities to enliven the senses!
Our first day together will take us to the exclusive luxury wellness retreat of Soma Byron Bay, the perfect sanctuary for self-discovery, development and unique shared experiences.
With hearts and minds open, our second day will be dedicated to dynamic business speakers, inspiring workshops and all-important peer learning back at Crystalbrook, culminating in a spectacular celebration of transformation at yet another special Byron Bay destination for our final evening together.
