The Kollective is a community of passionate, artistic and entrepreneurial Salon Owners & Stylists. We’re a creative network for all Kao Salon Partners to connect, share experiences, be inspired and grow together.
All Kao Salon Partners are members of our Kollective and we welcome you to connect, network and be inspired through our series of global, national and local events… and importantly, each other.

Our events program is designed to deliver inspiration, creativity, business support, networking and peer learning - in brand new and exciting ways!
On offer is a global Colorsphere experience in Milan Italy, a national Leadership Retreat for Salon Owners & Managers in Byron Bay, three state-based Celebration of Color events to inspire Stylists across the country, plus local Curated Experiences throughout the year to connect and celebrate across our local communities.
